Research interests

Modeling, analysis, and control of complex dynamical systems, with applications in biology, computation, and cyber-physical systems.

I received the Laurea Magistrale degree (cum laude) in Ingegneria dell'Automazione from the University of Padova in 2013 and the Ph.D. degree in Control Theory from the Control and Power Group at Imperial College London in 2017, under the supervision of Alessandro Astolfi. In 2018, I then joined the Control Group and Sidney Sussex College as a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge to collaborate with Rodolphe Sepulchre. In 2021, I became a member of the Automatic Control Laboratory at ETH Zürich and of NCCR Automation, working primarily with Florian Dörfler and John Lygeros.

Dec 2022: I gave a talk at CDC22 (on behavioral uncertainty quantification).
Jul 2022: Papers on uncertainty quantification and model reduction accepted at CDC22.
Jun 2022: I gave a talk at the University of Padova (on least squares model reduction).
Jun 2022: inControl is funded by the IFAC Activity Fund.
